Southbat All-Year Slug Club

These Terms and Conditions are in addition to Ryve’s Terms of Service, Privacy Statement and Returns/Refunds policy and should in no way be considered a substitution.

1.     Ryve membership is a monthly service provided to customers on a month to month basis. The customer agrees to pay $29.95 per month for the service. Ryve agrees to provide the customer with a Southbat baseball bat every three months of the customers choosing and as inventory allows.

2.     Ryve makes no guarantee to have a specific bat model, size or color in stock. The customer may choose from the options we have available. Ryve will make an effort to have as many options as it deems efficient. 

3.     Ryve membership has an initial term of three months. If the customer cancels the service during this initial term he/she will be charged a $60.00 cancellation fee. After this initial term the customer may cancel the service at any time and for any reason without incurring a cancelation fee.

4.     Ryve reserves the right to cancel this service at any time and for any reason. Ryve may choose to cancel a specific account or all accounts.
